DE KUILEN HIGH SCHOOL BRIGHTSPARKZ SATELLITE CLASS We are starting afternoon classes at De Kuilen High School from Term 4 onwards. Parents are welcome to email or phone us to enrol their children in our afternoon class programme. Enrolment & Documents required
Please phone or email Julia Richmond for our information brochure or download our information brochure that is on this website – Title: Academy Information Brochure. Most of it is explained on this page though. When you have decided you wish to enrol your child, please download and fill in the following documents and return to us via scan email or fax or personally deliver it to us here at our offices.
Appointment(s) We prefer to personally meet each and every parent, so it is important that you make an appointment with Julia Richmond (Manager) who will explain how everything works and will go through the paperwork with you. The appointment can either be at the school while classes are taking place or at our offices at a time that is most convenient for you. It is important that you have already filled in all the details and signed the Terms of Agreement. Alternatively, the paperwork can be sent with the tutor to drop off at the office after you have contacted me directly by email or phone to start the scheduling process. Please put it in an envelope labelled: For attention: Julia Richmond + Student Name (Enrollment Forms).
Payment Information
We will send you a monthly invoice, and payment is expected before the 7th of each month, for the previous month’s class. Unfortunately, due to negative experience of past clients not paying we have to suspend classes if the account is outstanding. PAYMENT IS VIA EFT OR DIRECT DEPOSIT - Please click here for our banking details. NB: PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow cash payments for obvious safety reasons. Kindly respect our wishes here as we will NOT EVER take cash from any student or parent at any time for any reason whatsoever.
Rates
Our rates are R115/hr for 1 subject weekly (Maths OR Science) and R110/hour for 2 subjects taken weekly (Maths AND Science)
Revision Classes
Revision classes before exams are compulsory. Kindly note that we will automatically schedule extra lesson for revision before each paper is written and inform you of when the classes will occur.
Schedule
Lessons are scheduled around the students’ group availability who will meet for that lesson every week on the same day and time. This is confirmed in the appointment with Julia.
